1. Age restriction

Smokzi sells tobacco products to adults only. By using this website or placing an order you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. It is illegal to sell tobacco products to a person under 18, and it is illegal to purchase a tobacco product for use by a person under 18. We may cancel any order where we reasonably believe the buyer is underage, and delivery may require proof of age.

2. Products and pricing

All products listed are genuine branded stock sold in their original packaging. Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include all applicable taxes and excise. Prices and availability may change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

3. Orders and payment

Orders are placed as a guest — no account is created. After placing an order you will be shown our bank transfer and PayID details together with your unique order code. Your order is confirmed once your payment is received and verified. Orders that remain unpaid for 7 days may be cancelled. Sending a payment screenshot helps us verify your transfer faster but does not by itself constitute payment.

4. Delivery

We dispatch Monday to Friday in plain, unbranded packaging. Typical delivery is 2–4 business days Australia wide, though carriers may occasionally take longer. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. Please double-check your address — we are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrectly supplied address.

5. Returns

Due to the nature of tobacco products we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on opened items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
